Another visit to Three Sisters Waterfalls, which lie somewhat hidden in the bed of Boulder Creek in San Diego’s back country.
I went late in the afternoon this time, but a densely overcast sky provided even and beautiful light anyway. The falls were still flowing pretty strong in May. I only ran into one other group of people down by the falls (they regretted wearing shorts – the area down by the water is chock-full of Poison-oak) but they soon left and I had the place to myself.
I logged this hike and the tracklog is available on everytrail.com.
