I’m still hoping that the El Nino event that has been so long in the forecast will bring enough rain to restore the water level of Lake Hodges, but except for a day or two of rain in October and some sprinkles in November, not much precipitation has reached Southern California yet. Right now, the long-term forecasts are talking about a relatively warm but wet first three months of 2016… I’ll believe it when it happens…
