
This little creek marks the end of the Green Valley watershed in Rancho Bernardo as it enters Lake Hodges. I named it Green Valley Creek here but even on older maps, it doesn’t have a name. Its course can still be traced on satellite images, even today, despite the fact that the area is now completely developed (along Rancho Bernardo and Espola Road). It sure makes me wish that development wasn’t so merciless, and leave a little more space for these seasonal streams…
